Welcome to MyTime!

Now that you have chosen your MyTime group and have spoken to your group facilitator, we would appreciate receiving a little more information about you and your child.
Completing the following form registers you as a MyTime member and will enable:

• Your facilitator to contact you if needed
• MyTime to use non identifiable information to assist with the on-going development of the Program

Your  privacy is important to us and the information you submit, in particular your name and contact details, will be seen only by your group facilitator and the MyTime team at the Parenting Research Centre (the national coordinator of the MyTime Groups).
